Blackbeard

Building on the rich earthiness of celtic salt we infused black garlic for days.  Added the pepper and brought in the smokey finish of fresh thyme. 

We love using celtic salts and black garlic and adding pepper and thyme makes Blackbird a classic dry rub for a hanger steak done medium rare over coals.  Fried rice on the blacktop craves this flavor.  It gives no quarters, or will take any from you.
