Shipping Policy
We proudly handcraft every order with care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the selected shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Salty Herb is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
The Salty Herb is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If an issue occurs during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist whenever possible.
Return & Refund Policy

Food Products
Because our seasonings, salts, peppers, and other food products are consumable items, all food sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Food Merchandise
Unused apparel, drinkware, and kitchen accessories may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging when applicable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
