Fireside Goat

We went with flaky Maldon salt and Texas onions, which we cold-smoked and dried. Then brought it home with a pop of black pepper.

#1 voted dry rub for a beer can chicken. So what if Mrs. Goat’s was the only one counted.  Really works great on eggs over easy.

Chicken legs crushed and grilled with this - is a thing “ Mr. Goat”!
