Red Smoke

Some call it red pepper, others pink pepper, but after a few days in cherrywood smoke- there is no doubt it’s red!

This pepper doesn’t hit sharp.  Best used as a finishing element, to give warm clean almost berry-like flavor.  Sprinkled over scallops and your garden fresh salad for color and flavor.  Really works with cut strawberries and chocolate.
